Vertical Vixen is a leading pole fitness and pole dance school in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Pole dancing has become a new and progressive form of exercise.

I have always been a bit of fitness junkie. I used to go to gym every morning at 5.30 and workout for at least an hour before heading off to work. I found it to be the most successful way of maintaining my fitness levels and keeping toned. I did this for a few years and then I decided to head overseas, to London, to gain some worldly knowledge. Once in this foreign land, I began to over indulge on the fantastic stodgy food that the English consume on a regular basis amongst other things. This over indulgence went unnoticed for the first year but I then began to notice my weight increasing. From that moment on I explored different diets and different exercise plans.
