New to pole? Start here. Learn basic grips, spins, and climbs, develop your core muscles and work your whole body.

Bridging Pole Class

Beginners 2 and Intermediate Level 1 – Know the basics and comfortable with inverting? This is the class for you. Step it up a notch and learn new pole tricks, combinations, and routines.

Intermediate Pole Class

Intermediate 2

Once you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to fly! Learn different invert variations, spend more time in the air than on the ground, and start to build incredible upper body and core strength.

Advanced Pole Class


In advanced classes, you’ll learn how to combine new and exciting tricks and spins, and work on different inversions and transitions.

Sensual Dance Class

Sensual Dance Class

Aerial Yoga

All levels welcome . Join us for some fun burlesque dancing. Short heels and a long scarf are required. Stockings and short skirts add to the theme but optional.

One on One

Learn faster, revisit old tricks, and focus on your overall technique, execution, and performance. With the complete attention of your instructor, it’s easier to identify your strengths and areas you need to work on.
