Beginners Pole Class

Beginners Pole

Never done pole before, this is the class for you! Learn the basic grips, spins and climb the pole whilst developing your core muscles and overall body strength.

Bridging Pole Class

Bridging Class

Beginners 2 and Intermediate Level 1 – For students who have learned the basics of spins and are comfortable to invert. Focus is on learning pole tricks and starting to combine tricks and spins into a routine.

Intermediate Pole Class

Intermediate Level

Mastered the basics and now you are looking to increase the demand on your body. You will learn to go upside down in various different ways and stay in the air more than on the ground. Benefits include stronger upper body and core.

Advanced Pole Class

Advanced

Combine pole tricks and spins together, work on inversions and transitions. Keep up to date with the trends in the pole world and learn new and exciting tricks.

Sensual Dance Class

This class is for those that would like to learn routines and sequences. Learn to combine pole movements, floor choreography and dance techniques.

Stretch and Conditioning Class

Stretch Class

This class combines yoga, stretch, contortion and conditioning techniques. It will improve your range of movement and overall body strength. Each class will focus on a particular area or movement style.

This class encourages you to explore freedom of movement and self- expression. It is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Designed for all levels of dancers, each class will give you a deeper understanding of body alignment and confidence as we strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

One on One

One on One

The 1-on-1 sessions enable you as the student to learn at a much faster pace and pick up on details that you may miss in a group class.

The instructor can focus on your technique and overall performance. Areas where you may be stronger are highlighted in these private sessions as well as those areas that you need to improve on. If there is any part of the training that you would like to pay special attention to, our instructors will be only too glad to assist. This is your time and you will have the complete focus of the instructor for the entire class.

These classes can cover anything from flexibility, overall body tone (body conditioning), beginners, intermediate and advanced pole tricks as well as pole dance choreography. We can also assist with chair dance routines.

You can also book a session for you and a friend, especially if you have similar goals or if you are looking to take part in a showcase/league event or competition together.

Just for fun? One on One coaching is also ideal for those who want to surprise a ‘special someone’ with a fun and sexy routine.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for you to take time to connect with the changes in your body and connect with your baby. In our classes you will build strength and work with your breath, whether you are preparing for or have recently experienced childbirth and motherhood.
