How do the Aerial Yoga classes help you in your daily Life?
Aerial Yoga is my calm and my happy place and has taught me self worth and a deeper love within and around. It has helped me cope through times of tough emotional and physical weakness. One needs to make time to honor one self and those around us. Aerial Yoga is that place and moments for me. And it has done amazing things for my body and strength.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of trying Aerial Yoga?
If you want to find your inner strength and soul connection but also understand the deeper connection you can have with your mind and body then Aerial Yoga is definitely worth a try and it’s for all shapes sizes and personalities.
