Class Schedule

  • All classes must be booked in advance online
  • All classes are 60 minutes in length.
  • Booking is ESSENTIAL
  • The timetable is subject to change and we are closed on Public holidays

COVID-19 Studio Protocol

  • All classes to be pre-booked on iTensity
  • Pole classes are limited to 8 people and non-pole classes to 8 people
  • Please do not attend classes if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or been exposed to anyone with COVID19 in the past 14 days.
  • Please wait outside the studio before class to allow the instructors time to sanitize between classes
  • On entry you will be required to do:
    • Temperature check
    • Sanitize
    • Respect social distancing of 1.5m
  • Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and sweat / pole cleaning towel
  • Chairs are set up for each student for your personal belongings
  • Let’s have fun!

Membership Fees

We offer a range of fee structure to suit your goals and budget: trial, drop-in, month-to-month, and contract.
  • Trial, drop-in, and month-to-month fees can be paid via EFT or cash.
  • 6- and 12-month contracts must be on debit order.
  • All fees are paid in advance.
  • You will be liable for the full contract fees, if you cancel before the expiry date.
  • No refunds will be paid on monthly fees or contracts.
  • Contracts can be suspended for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. The hold period will be added to the end of your contract.

CLASS CARDS

  • 5 class card – valid for 6 weeks R750

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Two on One
  • Two-on-One Session R290pp per hour
  • Three-on-One Session R215pp per hour
  • Payment upfront is necessary for all private sessions. If a session is not cancelled within a 24hr period, the session will be lost

PRIVATE SESSIONS

One on One
  • One-on-One Session R370 per hour
  • 5 one-on-one Sessions R1600 (R320 / hr)
  • 10 One-on-One Sessions R2900 (R290 / hr)
