My name is Claudia Lafferty, I am a passionate pole fitness instructor with a love for all things pole-related. I have been practicing pole dancing for several years and have fallen in love with the art form and the amazing benefits it brings to both body and mind.

As a pole instructor, my main goal is to help my students build strength, confidence, and self-expression through the art of pole dancing. Pole is a journey of understanding our differences both physically and mentally while learning to love ourselves a little more.

I believe that pole fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. My teaching style emphasizes technique, safety, and a creative way of learning. I try and make my classes to be inclusive, welcoming, and challenging, with modifications and progressions to suit every student’s needs and goals.
