Building strength, conditioning your body and mind, and mastering the pole requires time and patience, but once you’ve built up your strength, everything gets easier.

It takes about three months to master the fundamentals, and it can take a full year to move from intermediate to advanced class.

We’ll be with you every step of the way.

When you train at Vertical Vixen, you’re welcomed into our family. We’re down to earth, we have fun, and we cheer loudly when you nail a trick.

As with everything in life, the more you practice, the better you get, and the results might surprise you.

We guarantee that you’ll feel and see the improvement in your strength and endurance, self-confidence and body tone, and rhythm and coordination, every week.

About the classes

All classes are 60-75 minutes in length.

Every class begins with a 10-15 minute warm-up, and the rest of the time will be spent learning various skills and combinations.

Any class level can be repeated as many times as you wish.

Classes have a maximum capacity based on the style of class, so be sure to reserve your spots in advance.

A class may be cancelled if less than 2 people are enrolled within 3 hours of the class’s start time.

Beginner Pole

Embark on your pole fitness journey with our Beginners Pole class, where we blend strength, grace, and empowerment into an exhilarating workout experience.

Led by our expert instructors, this class is tailored for those stepping into the world of pole fitness for the first time.

You’ll learn fundamental spins, climbs, and transitions in a supportive and encouraging environment.

No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to challenge yourself and have fun!

Building upon the foundations laid in the beginner & bridging classes, the Intermediate classes introduce more advanced spins, transitions, and aerial techniques that will take your abilities to the next level.

Whether you’re looking to compete, perform, or simply push yourself to new limits, our Intermediate class provides the perfect environment to grow and evolve as a pole dancer.

Join us for our Midday Mixed-Level Fitness class, where individuals of all skill levels come together for an energizing and inclusive pole fitness experience.

Whether you’re a seasoned pole enthusiast or new to the sport, this class offers something for everyone.

From foundational spins to challenging combinations, each session is thoughtfully curated to accommodate participants of different abilities, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered to reach their personal goals.

Bridging Pole

Take your pole fitness journey to the next level with our Bridging Pole class, designed as the perfect transition from beginner to intermediate level.

This class is tailored for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to explore more challenging techniques and combinations.

In this class, you will have the opportunity to refine your spins, transitions, and strength-building exercises whilst delving deeper into the artistry of pole dancing.

Open Pole


Join us for our Open Pole class, once a week, where polers from an Intermediate to Advanced level play together.

We explore new tricks, combinations and special challenges from Social Media.

Strength & Condition

Stretch Class

Our Stretch & Conditioning class is open to individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

This class offers a comprehensive approach to improving your flexibility, strength, and overall range of movement.

Each week we focus on different elements, covering back strength, hip mobility, splits, conditoning and general posture correction.


Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga is a fun, challenging workout routine combining aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Arts and strength training designed to increase strength, mobility, balance and flexibility, and you will have a great time while doing it! A total mind and body workout for those who want to combine fitness with FUN.

Suitable for all ages and skill levels.

The only good time to have your world turned upside down is in an Aerial Yoga class.
