I started Pole dancing at Vertical Vixen at the end of March 2013 and I think it’s safe to say it has changed the way I feel about myself. It is the most empowering thing that I have ever done and I could not imagine doing it anywhere else.
The Vertical Vixen team are some of the most helpful, supportive and caring people anyone could ever hope to be taught by. The studio is one of my favourite places to be as it is always filled with a lot of laughers, fun and some awesome poling. When someone gets a new move right, the whole studio erupts in cheers and applause and instead of being jealous, everyone just tries even harder to master the move themselves.
Pole is not just a sport and it’s more than a passion, it’s a way of life.
