
Movement Facilitator
Alecia, affectionately known as Ali, began her movement journey without realising it would grow into a passion for guiding others toward healing, strength, and a deeper sense of familiarity within their bodies. Through her training with the Wellness Connection Centre, she discovered how restorative and empowering mindful movement can be for every body.
Rooted in trauma-sensitive principles, she invites people to explore movement with curiosity and confidence, creating space to build resilience, reconnect with what feels nourishing and safe, and enjoy the process of moving with intention and freedom.
