Daniela is a certified Personal Trainer, Conditioning Coach, and HIIT Instructor, with a specialisation in Strength for Fat Loss (2019–2020). In 2024, she expanded her expertise by becoming a certified Pole Dance Instructor, blending strength and artistry into her movement offerings.

With a background rooted more in recreational activities and dance than traditional sports, her journey into fitness began as a personal quest to improve her health and embrace a more active lifestyle. What started as a goal-driven transformation quickly evolved into a deep passion for movement, strength, and helping others feel empowered in their bodies.

Her coaching style is functional, focused, and always engaging—combining strength training, resistance work, bodyweight exercises, and pole fitness to create dynamic sessions that support fat loss, skill development, and self-confidence.

She is passionate about making fitness enjoyable and accessible, guiding clients to challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and discover the life-changing benefits of consistent movement.
