Class Schedule

  • All classes must be booked in advance via the your login
  • Book Online via this link. Booking is ESSENTIAL
  • All classes are 60 minutes in length.
  • Please note that all class bookings and cancellations need to be made at least 6 hrs before the class begins. This gives us the opportunity to offer the available spots to people who may have not been able to book. Failure to cancel means that you will forfeit that class.
  • The timetable is subject to change and we are closed on Public holidays.
  • We close on the 22nd December 2023 and reopen on the 9th January 2024

Government restrictions / Sanitation guidelines

  • Please make sure you book your spot via Club Manager.
  • Social distancing – We have measured out areas for us to dance safely, please adhere to the regulations.
  • Hand sanitation / washing and temperature check is compulsory.
  • Masks must be worn on arrival and can be removed once you are on your mats. When your class is over, please put your mask back on.
  • We are no longer able to provide mats / blocks / therabands etc in studio. We have very new Yoga mats that you can buy from us, they are pink / peach in colour. These are available at R200 each. Please let us know if you would like a mat, we will then make sure that they are available on your first day at the studio. Other items to bring with you include a water bottle and a towel.
  • Please assist the instructor to clean up before or after the class. If we all do it together the process will go much faster. Poles must be cleaned with the spray provided, and your floor area sprayed too.

Membership Fees

We offer a range of fee structures to suit your goals and budget: trial, drop-in, month-to-month, and contract.


(paid up front + R200 registration fee)

Paid via Upfront Card / EFT/ Cash

  • 1 x class a week / 4 sessions in a month – R580.00 per month
  • 2 x classes a week / 8 sessions in a month – R1000.00 per month
  • 3 x classes a week / 12 sessions in a month – R1260.00 per month

Paid via Debit Order

  • 1 x class per week, 5 sessions in a month – R675.00 per month
  • 2 x classes per week, 8 sessions in a month – R880.00 per month
  • 3 x classes per week, 12 sessions in a month – R1140.00 per month

  • 3 x classes per week, 12 sessions in a month – R1020.00 per month
  • 4 x classes per week, 16 sessions in a month – R1200.00 per month
  • Unlimited classes per week, over 40 sessions in a month – R1400.00 per month

One on One
  • One-on-One Session – R500.00 per hour
  • 4 One-on-One Sessions – R1600.00 (R400.00 per hour)
  • 8 One-on-One Sessions R2880.00 (R360.00 per hour)
  • Payment upfront is necessary for all private sessions. If a session is not cancelled within a 24hr period, the session will be lost


Two on One
  • Two-on-One Session R290.00 pp per hour
  • Three-on-One Session R215.00 pp per hour
  • Payment upfront is necessary for all private sessions. If a session is not cancelled within a 24hr period, the session will be lost
  • Trial, drop-in, and month-to-month fees can be paid via EFT or cash.
  • All fees are paid in advance.
  • You will be liable for the full contract fees, if you cancel before the expiry date.
  • No refunds will be paid on monthly fees or contracts.
  • Contracts can be suspended for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. The hold period will be added to the end of your contract.
