Kristy discovered pole fitness at the end of 2017, stepping into the studio with no dance or fitness background—just a curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Since then, she’s fallen in love with the journey of building strength, skill, and confidence through pole.
While the competition stage still feels daunting, Kristy thrives on the thrill of training, pushing limits, and learning powerful new tricks. Her passion for movement also extends beyond the pole—she’s an avid CrossFit athlete and trail runner who’s all about building a strong, capable, and resilient body.
Kristy’s classes are a haven for strength lovers. Expect dynamic combos, flips, static spins, and a good dose of deadlifts and muscle-ups. She’s all about short, powerful combos that challenge your mind and muscles.
