Ballet | Pilates | Pole
My first love was Classical Ballet and I was blessed to have a 17 year career travelling the world, working with different companies, working my way up from Corps de ballet to Principal dancer. I was fortunate to also be involved with contemporary performances, cabarets and musical theatre shows.
Next came my love for Pilates, which I still teach today, I have had my own studio for 27 years now.
Come to present day, where Pole is now a love of mine. I have a tiny tiny pole studio inside my Pilates studio.
Pole has brought me so much joy! The training, the beautiful and amazing people I have met and the chance to combine my previous careers all together in a new style.
